It's all about your communication skills and domain knowledge. First, try to analyse that where you are interested in? If you are keen in accounting field then I suggest you to do any professional course along with M.Com, you can do the courses like CFA or finance and accounting auditing course. If you are interested in management role then I suggest you to do MBA from a reputed institute.

Dear friend,
Both courses have their own benefits. MBA is a very good course for business aspects and it will help you become a professional. In the case of M.Com, you can learn more in the field of accounts and finance, and also business. But nowadays, MBA has more job opportunities while compared to M.Com.
All the best. -
It's better to do a regular MBA rather. And start applying for jobs after graduating.

As per rules you are not eligible for teaching but you may do any job which require MBA as eligibility.
Now you may try in Corporate banks or in Industry.
Best of Luck.
