    With this category rank, you have very low chances of getting an NIT or a IIIT. If you want, you may try in the counselling.
    Refer the link below for the previous year closing and opening ranks of each NIT, which may give you an idea:
    http://josaa.nic.in/Result2016/result/OpeningClosingRank.aspx
    These will not be the same this year but you may have an idea.
    You may try for some colleges that accept board exam marks as well as JEE main marks for admission.
