Can I get a seat in LPU based on JEE score in aerospace? My score in JEE Mains is 55.72775.

Hi Dear, No, you can not be eligible through your JEE Mains score. But now you can take Admission online in B.Tech and apply LPU NEST simultaneously which is subject to qualify. By taking admission prior to appear in LPU NEST you can confirm your seat in that particular branch of engineering but LPU NEST mandatory to qualify.

Well, in my opinion you should appear for LPU NEST as it will also lead to good amount of scholarship. The eligibility criteria is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or In case student scored more than or equal to 90% in 10+2, or 90 percentile in JEE Mains, then LPU NEST will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible student of lpu to secure a good placement. Every year more than 550 companies visit lpu for recruitment purpose. Companies which recruit from IIT's and Iims also land at lpu for recruitment purpose. Sorry to break out this news that one must have minimum 70 percentile if want to proceed an admission on the basis of JEE Mains Jan 2020. On other hand, LPU is coming up with special online counselling schedule. Special Counselling Schedule Last date to apply: 20th April Rank Declaration: 22nd April Choice of stream filling: 2224 April Stream Allotment Letter: 25th April Admission Online: 25th to 30th April 2020. But if did not appear either in JEE Mains Jan 2020 or LPU NEST Jan 2020 then LPU is advising you to apply LPU NEST schedule 2 before 3 May 2020. LPU will update you for Dates of the exam. Well it may conduct near to JEE Mains schedule 2. I hope this will help you.

Hello, I am happy to SEE your interest at LPU for admission. Whereas I would like to tell you that if a student have qualified JEE exam with good percentiles can get admission at LPU. Here is the eligibility criteria for B.Tech Aerospace at Lovely Professional University- LPU Passed with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or Joint Entrance Examination Main can apply for the admission. If a student has 80 percentile in the JEE Main exam can directly apply for the admission at university. Well, its all about the percentile of a student if he/she got 80 percentile in JEE Main exam can directly get admission in the university. Moreover student need not to appear for the LPU NEST exam which for eligibility purpose. That student would get exemption on the LPU NEST exam for fulfilling the eligibility criteria. But he/she can go for LPU NEST exam if that student wants to get more scholarship on the fee. So, No you can not take admission on the basis of your JEE Main Scores. But LPU gives you another way out to take the admission, I. e. by qualifying their own entrance exam I. e. LPU NEST. You need to apply for LPU NEST. Through this test you can even avail scholarship. Hi Vallem pavani Reddy, Cutoff of JEE Mains in LPU is - 80 percentile. So it is not possible for you to get admission on the bases of JEE Mains. So in this case LPU NEST is compulsory to qualify plus other eligibility conditions are also there.

You can easily get the admission in LPU based on JEE Mains marks or direct on the basis of your boards percentage, you will also get scholarship on the basis of score in LPU-NEST and your boards percentage.
