Can I get a seat in LPU based on JEE score in aerospace? My score in JEE Mains is 55.72775.

Thanks for showing your interest in LPU. Till now we have no notification regarding JEE Mains eligibility criteria and scholarship purpose. You have to qualify NEST our entrance test which is compulsory to qualify. You can apply from this link- https://nest.lpu.in/engineering/index.php. We provide the scholarships on the basis of your previous qualification percentage or else on the basis of performance in NEST. Right now the NEST registration process is going on as the last date to apply is 31st March and test will be conducted in the month of April from 5th- 30th April and result will be declared by 4th May. As your score is very low, so you can't get admission on basis of JEE score, then you are supposed to give LPU-NEST exam. And, it is compulsory in this case and you are supposed to have more than 60% marks in your class 12th board exam.

The eligibility of B.Tech aerospace engineering is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. LPU NEST is mandatory to qualify. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. LPU considers minimum 80 percentile to get direct admission. You can appear in LPU NEST and qualify to get admission in LPU. For more details please check the LPU website or call at the toll free number 1800 102 4431.
