Can I get admission as my supplementary results will be announced by the last week of July and my JEE Mains B.Arch rank is 1183 (OBC)?

I am worried whether counseling gets over by the beginning of August and I won't get a seat. My board marks card will be issued by the 1st week of August. Do I need it before that?
