Can I get admission at BITS Pilani with 220 marks?

<p>According to the BITS Pilani website, the eligibility criteria for admission to its Integrated First-Degree Programmes (B.E. and M.Sc.) are as follows:</p><ul><li>&nbsp;You should have passed the 12th class examination of 10+2 system from a recognised Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and adequate proficiency in English.</li><li>You should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects in the 12th examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects.</li><li>You should have appeared for the BITSAT-2024 test and scored above the cut-off marks for the programme of your choice.</li></ul><p>The cut-off marks for BITSAT-2024 have not been announced yet, but based on the previous years' data, the cut-off marks for B.E. programmes at BITS Pilani campus ranged from 255 to 383. Therefore, with 220 marks, you may not be eligible for admission to BITS Pilani campus. However, you may still have a chance to get admission to other BITS campuses, such as BITS Goa, BITS Hyderabad, or BITS Dubai, depending on the availability of seats and the cut-off marks for those campuses.</p><p>Alternatively, if you are a first rank student of your board examination, you can get direct admission to the programme of your choice at BITS Pilani, irrespective of your BITSAT score.</p>

<p>The chances of getting <a href="https://www.shiksha.com/university/bits-pilani-birla-institute-of-technology-and-science-467">BITS Pilani</a> at <strong>220 </strong>marks for BE Computer Science is less. Going by the past year trend for Final BITSAT cutoff 2023 for BTech Computer Science offered at Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani stood at <strong>331</strong>, for 2022 it was <strong>320 </strong>and for 2021 it was <strong>364</strong>. Hence, Estimated BITS Pilani BITSAT cutoff 2024 for BTech Computer Science should range between <strong>320 </strong>and <strong>364</strong>. BITS Pilani offers BE courses across various specialisations at the UG level based on BITSAT scores. To take admission, candidates must appear for BITSAT and also score good to meet the <a href="https://www.shiksha.com/university/bits-pilani-birla-institute-of-technology-and-science-467/cutoff">BITS Pilani cutoff</a> marks.&nbsp;</p>
