Can i get admission for btech in kashmir university my jee percentile is 31 and i have RBA (backward certificate) and my 12th marks are 382

Asked about SSM College of Engineering - B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

I have submited my application form for btech in kashmir university. Can i get admission, i have scored 31 percentile in jee 2020 and i am from backward area and i have also backward certificate (RBA) and my 12th marks are 382. Can i get seat for btech in any course ?
