Can I get admission in a government college to pursue B.Tech with 73% in class 12th and 19 marks in JEE Mains?

Which private college should I prefer? I belong to the SC category.

It is very difficult with that marks. But, if you have some reserved quota like SC and ST, then try your luck. You will get a seat.

    Hello Piyush,
As your JEE score is very less, you can't get any college from this score and if you are thinking about any Govt. college then its impossible.
So brother, its a simple advice to you that if you have potential I mean if you are confident that next year you can qualify JEE Mains with a good score then I would suggest you that take a drop for one year then prepare well for JEE 2018.
And if the above-given advice is negative for you then I would say that take admission in a good private college through management quota.
    All the best!
    Hope it will help you!

Sorry, your JEE marks is very less.
If you are financially good, then you can take private college.
If you are interested in government.
    Jobs
Otherwise, you can take drop for next year.

Your class 12th marks are good, but your JEE Mains is enough to get a government medical seat. In my opinion, you should join a coaching center for your JEE Main preparation, then you need to get a good rank and good college also.

It will be really tough for you to get admission to good government colleges with these marks. There are many private colleges but you will have to pay high fees there, some good private colleges are SNU, Thapar, etc.

No, JEE Mains scores are not compulsory for admissions to the BTech course at Sai University, because the university also takes other entrance exam scores into account to get students. The scores that the university accepts, apart from the JEE Mains scores, are SAIU CAT, SAT, and other national/state-level engineering exams.
