Can I get admission in any degree in 3rd year (B.Tech) or 2nd year? I have got an year back in UPTU in my 2nd year's result.

You can't do like that. Directly into 2nd year or 3rd year. Everything is designed systematic and if your attending regular college you need to proceed to the 2nd year only after completing 1st year. I doubt you can do 2nd year or 3rd year directly even in correspondence. There is rules and regulations in completing the course.
