Can I get admission in IIIT/NIT in India after scoring 93% in 12th exam and only 57 percentile in JEE Mains 2019?

IIT/NIT gives admission based upon aggregate marks in both class 12 and JEE and you need above 80 percentile in JEE. -

No, you cannot get admission in IIIT or NIT, because the most weightage is of JEE not class 12th. -
