Hi, First of all i want to make you clear that in Jamia Millia Islamia, there is no reservation based on SC/ST/OBC. So your OBC certificate is not going to help in any way. And seeing your poor score in JEE-mains, it looks difficult to get in Jamia's admission list. Anyway, i would suggest you to fill forms for other college as well and try Jamia at the same time. If you are lucky then maybe you can land in waiting list.Good Luck :)
