One must have completed his 1st year without any backlog/reappear. You should have the minimum percentage required in eligibility qualification of the current year (in which a student is seeking migration). Student has to submit Migration Certificate and character Certificate from the head of present institute/university from which he/she is migrating. Mapping of transcripts is done and for this one has to pay mapping charges. If this goes well and there are no issues in mapping, one can join the university.
