Dear Supriya, you can but there are certain conditions which one has to fulfill:
One must have completed his 1st year without any backlog/reappear. You should have the minimum percentage required in eligibility qualification of the current year (in which a student is seeking migration).
Student has to submit Migration certificate and character certificate from the head of present institute/university from which he/she is migrating.
Mapping of transcripts is done and for this one has to pay mapping charges. If this goes well and there are no issues in mapping, one can join the university.

Candidate must have completed his/her 1st year without any backlog/reappear. Candidate must have the minimum percentage required for eligibility qualification of the current year (in which a student is seeking migration). Well, migration to B.A. LL.B. Is possible but there are certain conditions which the candidate has to fulfill. Firstly, you should qualify the minimum percentage requirement. Secondly, If you have completed your 1st year without any backlog. Thirdly, you need to submit migration as well as character certificate from the institute from where you have passed your 1st year. Lastly, your transcripts will be matched that whether you have studies the subjects required. For this mapping procedure, one needs to pay the charges of migration. If all the above proceedings went smooth then you may join the university. Hope this information helps....more

No, you can take admission for 5 years course and the eligibility criteria for that is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (any stream) with English or equivalent, subject to valid score in LPU-NEST or CLAT or ISAT. (5% relaxation for SC/ST Applicants and 3% relaxation for OBC applicants).
For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. -
