Yes, you can take admission in any university if your PCM aggregate marks are 60% and for NITs, IITs, IIITs and GFTIs and for some private colleges the requirement is 75% but you can take admission in any government college by state counselling if you given the paper of JEE Mains and secured a rank upto 5 lakh.

If you have 62% in 10+2. You are eligible for most of the programs at LPU. For B.Tech you need to write LPU NEST too. For all others you may visit the website and check your eligibility and take admission online at the portal itself. However I would like to make one more important point, choose your programme carefully as per your interests. And also your 10th marks can be of a significance as the scholarships can be availed on basis of performance in last two qualifications. There are more than 200 programs to choose from, I suggest you check your aptitude first here

Yes definitely you may apply for admissions at LPU with your percentages. LPU has relaxed their eligibility norms. Even you can apply for LPU NEST for entrance or scholarship purpose based on the eligibility of your desired programme. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. It is one of the few that has embraced international practices when it comes to designing a curriculum. Instead of usi

LPU is a private university. Every year, it advertises a lot by media and TV channels, etc. So it has created a brand name. Every year 1000s of students apply to LPU from all over India. It is a general trend no matter how much marks you have, if you apply early to LPU, they have a seat for you. You just need to apply early to LPU.

Yes, you can get admission to LPU and other good universities with 62% in Class 12. But it depends on the course you want to join.

LPU Admission with 62% in 12th

Easy Admission – For courses like B.A., B.Com, BBA, and general B.Sc., you are eligible.
LPUNEST Required – For B.Tech, B.Pharma, B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture, and B.Des, you need to take LPUNEST (LPU's entrance exam).
Better Score = Better Chances – If your percentage is low, a good LPUNEST score can help.

    Other Universities

Many private and state universities accept students with 60%+ in 12th, especially for arts, commerce, and management courses.

Yes, with a 62% score in your Class 12th examinations, you are eligible to apply for several undergraduate programs at Lovely Professional University (LPU). For instance, the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme requires a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in 10+2, making you eligible for this course. Similarly, the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) programs have eligibility criteria that you meet.

While your current percentage may not qualify you for merit-based scholarships, LPU offers scholarships based on performance in the LPUNEST entrance exam. Achieving a good score in LPUNEST can make

It is certainly feasible to gain admission to Lovely Professional University (LPU) or other prestigious universities with a 62% score in class 12th, depending on the chosen program. LPU provides a range of programs, each designed with particular eligibility criteria. Typically, achieving at least 50% to 60% in your class 12th exams is sufficient for most undergraduate courses such as B.A., B.Com, and BBA. In technical or professional programs like B.Tech or BCA, the university might require a higher percentage or improved results in entrance exams such as LPUNEST.

Additionally, LPU offers scholarships that are granted based on academic

Hi.

If you apply with JEE Main scores, CU primarily considers your JEE Main percentile / AIR for admission.

12th marks are generally secondary in this case — mostly used for eligibility criteria (like minimum 50–60% in PCM or aggregate, depending on branch).

High JEE scores can also qualify you for JEE-based scholarships at CU.

Hi.

Yes — for admission to B.Tech/B.E. at Chandigarh University (CU), there is a requirement on your 12th‑class marks (along with other eligibility conditions), even if you're using your JEE Main score.

What's required from 12th (or equivalent) at CU

You must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognised board with Physics and Mathematics.

For many B.Tech courses at CU, including those that accept JEE Main or CU's entrance (CUCET), the minimum aggregate requirement in 12th is around 50% (for general or merit‑based eligibility) as a baseline.

Some sources show that for “full eligibility” (especially for certa

Hi.

If your 12th result has not been announced yet then

Upload expected / provisional marks for now.

Final admission depends on the official 12th mark sheet after results are announced.

Colleges are used to this situation, especially for students applying in early cycles.

Hi.

AIIMS is primarily a medical college/university (undergraduate, postgraduate, super-speciality, etc.) + a hospital.

Its courses begin after Class 12 — i.e. you must have completed 12th standard (10+2) to be eligible for entry into courses like MBBS, B.Sc., etc.

The official course list of AIIMS includes medical and allied health degrees — not school-level classes (11th / 12th) as per its academic catalogue.

Thus, AIIMS itself does not run 11th and 12th standard as a school.
