Dear Ankita, If you have 62% in 10+2. You are eligible for most of the programs at LPU. For B.Tech you need to write LPU NEST too. For all others you may visit the website and check your eligibility and take admission online at the portal itself. However I would like to make one more important point, choose your programme carefully as per your interests. And also your 10th marks can be of a significance as the scholarships can be availed on basis of performance in last two qualifications. There are more than 200 programs to choose from, I suggest you check your aptitude first here

Hi, Due to the current situation I. e. COVID-19, the eligibility criteria is a bit relaxed. Yes, you can apply and get admission if you have scored 62% in your 12th grade, subject to the fulfillment of eligibility as per the university norms which differs for all programmes. It depends on which programme you are interested in and want to apply for. The last date for admission to avail maximum scholarship is 31st May 2020. For more information, you can either visit their website or call on their toll-free number- 1800 102 4431, 1800 274 0615. Thanks.

    Hello,
Yes, with 62% marks you can get admission in LPU and in other institutes too but before you have to understand your interest in which field you want to study. LPU has more than 250 courses to study Apart from LPU there are lot of institutes also but as Alumni I will recommend you for LPU as per my experience. It has experienced faculty members with good education system, better placements along with beautiful campus, infrastructure and lifestyle.

LPU is the best university in terms of quality education at reasonable cost, exposures, professional enhancement, infrastructure, placements and what not. You can apply with this score but you will have to qualify LPU NEST to take admission.

LPU is better than the other universities and 60% is enough to get admission in LPU. However, you have to give LPU NEST exam.

Hi.

If you apply with JEE Main scores, CU primarily considers your JEE Main percentile / AIR for admission.

12th marks are generally secondary in this case — mostly used for eligibility criteria (like minimum 50–60% in PCM or aggregate, depending on branch).

High JEE scores can also qualify you for JEE-based scholarships at CU.

Hi.

Yes — for admission to B.Tech/B.E. at Chandigarh University (CU), there is a requirement on your 12th‑class marks (along with other eligibility conditions), even if you're using your JEE Main score.

What's required from 12th (or equivalent) at CU

You must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognised board with Physics and Mathematics.

For many B.Tech courses at CU, including those that accept JEE Main or CU's entrance (CUCET), the minimum aggregate requirement in 12th is around 50% (for general or merit‑based eligibility) as a baseline.

Some sources show that for “full eligibility” (especially for certa

Hi.

If your 12th result has not been announced yet then

Upload expected / provisional marks for now.

Final admission depends on the official 12th mark sheet after results are announced.

Colleges are used to this situation, especially for students applying in early cycles.

Hi.

AIIMS is primarily a medical college/university (undergraduate, postgraduate, super-speciality, etc.) + a hospital.

Its courses begin after Class 12 — i.e. you must have completed 12th standard (10+2) to be eligible for entry into courses like MBBS, B.Sc., etc.

The official course list of AIIMS includes medical and allied health degrees — not school-level classes (11th / 12th) as per its academic catalogue.

Thus, AIIMS itself does not run 11th and 12th standard as a school.
