  • There are several institutes that offer admission based on other criteria such as academic performance, work experience, and other standardized tests like GMAT or GRE.
In such cases, the admission process may involve a combination of factors such as academic record, work experience, statement of purpose, and personal interviews. Some institutes may also conduct their own entrance tests to evaluate candidates.

You cannot get admission in MBA colleges until and unless you clear the selection process which consists of entrance exam, group discussion and personal interview. The college which doesn't have a selection process and gives admission just on the basis of UG marks is of no value. So, I would advise you to start preparing for MBA entrance exams asap and work hard for securing admission in the top MBA colleges of the country.
