Can I get admission in MET for PGDM with 79 percentile in MAH-CET? What is ILS? What is the process of ILS?

Yes, you can get through if you perform well in GD and PI. ILS is the last option, you can keep, and as if the admissions of PGDM and CAP rounds are full, ILS will not be initiated in any of the colleges. Try your best through CAP rounds and PGDM applications or else appearing next year for CET with better preparation is always an option.

To be honest, 79%ile is much less and very little or no chances assuming you belong to 'Open' Category. If we see previous years cutoff, it is 90-92%ile for 'Open' Category. MET is one of the best MBA institute in Maharashtra. But you can try for PGDM course at MET. But one thing I will tell you to pay the application fees only if you have good academics, extra-curriculars, and Work experience because if you don't have these 3 things then no chance for PGDM also at MET.
My MAH-CET score is 90.35%ile but I am fresher and no extra-curriculars hence I did not tried at MET. I will try for CAP rounds for MMS.
