Can I get admission in NIT-Calicut or any other NIT to pursue B.Arch with 900 ST category rank in JEE Mains paper 2?
Can I get admission in NIT-Calicut through home state quota? My state of domicile is Karnataka. I belong to the ST category.

You surely can. I mean until last year you could but you'll have to wait for this year's cutoffs that'll be released soon.
