Hello Dnyaneshwar,
Yes, you can get admission in OBC category without caste validity certificate but you will need Caste Certificate at the time of admission. And you can submit caste validity in a specific period of time as mentioned by college or the norms of Directorate of technical education (DTE), Maharashtra.
