Chances are low of getting best or top colleges, but you can get a good or average college. Getting a college also depends on your rank and category. Do research about colleges which offers Aerospace Engineering in your City/Town or State. See their last year's cut-offs. See, can you get a college based on your rank?

Sorry to say but you cannot get admission in the best colleges for aerospace engineering, but you have a chance to get in an average level colleges for aerospace engineering.
