Can I get admission into a government college for MBBS like Maulana Azad? I've scored 421 marks and an AIR of 65361 in NEET?

I am an SC category candidate living in Delhi. My All India quota rank is 57640 and SC rank is 2157.

    As you have scored 421 in SC category, you'll definitely get into good government medical colleges. It might not be MAMC.
