Yes, you can get admission to Haryana Engineering College (HEC) for a B.E./B.Tech course without LEET, as LEET (Lateral Entry Entrance Test) is specifically for lateral entry admissions.

For regular entry into the first year of the B.E./B.Tech program, the admission is primarily based on:

Yes, you can apply for the B.E./B.Tech course at Haryana Engineering College (HEC) without taking the LEET exam. For fresh admissions into the first-year B.Tech, you can get in based on your JEE Main scores, so LEET isn't required.

However, if you're looking to join the second year through lateral entry (for students with a Diploma in engineering), then LEET would be necessary to be eligible for admission.

Yes, you can get into Haryana Engineering College for B.E./B.Tech with a no requirement for LEET. Main admissions will be given as per scores secured by a student in JEE Main or the same are done through counseling of Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). While applying, class 12th marks are also taken into account. Candidates should have done their 10+2 from any stream with a minimum of 45% aggregate in main subjects. This helps admit students on the basis of their performance in JEE Main or the qualifying exam conducted while ensuring that there are many avenues into the program.
