Can I get CSE branch in Galgotias without donation? What is the fee structure? I have scored AIR 166000 in JEE main from general category.

With that rank its tough to get CSE but you may get EI or IC. The annual fee is Rs.1,32,000 for new batches 2016.For fee structure please refer to the link galgotia.edu.in. To get CSE in GEI you must have JEE rank below 40000 atleast.
