Yes, you can get direct admission to certain programs at MDU Rohtak without taking an entrance exam:

    • For B.Tech programs, you can get direct admission based on your JEE Main score.
    • For M.Tech programs, you can get direct admission based on your GATE score.
    • For the B.Ed program, you can get direct admission through Pragya College of Education, an affiliated college of MDU, without taking the entrance exam or attending university counseling.

No, direct admission is not available at Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) Rohtak. The university primarily admits students through entrance exams for many courses, while for a few non-centralized courses, admission is merit-based, considering the candidate's scores in the last qualifying examination. It is essential to prepare well in advance as seats are limited and the admission process involves meeting eligibility criteria, appearing for entrance exams like CMAT, MDUCEE, and undergoing further selection steps such as Written Ability Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview

No, the university does not offer direct admission. MDU Rohtak admission to a lot of courses is done through entrance exams. The university conducts an entrance exam to shortlist candidates for MA, MBA, LLM, etc. However, for a few non-centralised courses, admission is merit-based. Thus, for these courses, the candidate's scores in the last qualifying examination are considered for selection. Hence, the candidates must prepare well in advance as a lot of students apply for admission to MDU Rohtak but seats are limited.
