Direct admission to Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports is not usually available for most programs, including the M.Sc. courses. Generally, admissions are merit-based, and candidates have to undergo a selection process, which may include a written test and an evaluation of sports proficiency1.

However, it is always best to contact the admissions office directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding any exceptions or specific cases.

The cutoff marks may vary for NSNIS, depending upon the specific course and applicants. For instance, to get into the Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine programme through NEET PG in 2024, the rank for the General category was as high as 37,707.

You should check the specific cutoff marks for the current year and the course you are interested in. You can get this information from the official NSNIS website or by contacting their admissions office directly.
