Whether a student is eligible for admission at IIT Bombay with a JEE Advanced rank of 500 depends on multiple parameters, such as cutoff round, course or specialisation and category. IIT Bombay CSE cutoff 2025 was closed at 66. Therefore, with a cutoff rank of 500, CSE admission is not possible at IIT Bombay across any categories. However, you can secure a seat at other BTech branches of the same institute. Some of the branches available for admission with a cutoff rank of 500 in the general category are Electrical Engineering with a last round cutoff rank of 433, B.Tech. + M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering (841), etc.
