Can I get into LPU for a bachelor's degree in CSE without giving the entrance exams if I score 80% or above in CBSE?

Based on your board results, you will get a scholarship though you need to give the entrance test for admissions. Moreover, the entrance test is not very tough and you are likely to get selected in that. So I would suggest you to give the same because it may offer you a better scholarship even. Thank you.

Of course yes.
In case of LPU, it is not compulsory to appear for its entrance exam(LPUNEST). It's your choice, you want to give the exam or not. Moreover, 80% is obviously not a bad score. So you will surely get an entry in LPU directly along with the scholarship.
