Can I get NIT, Silchar to pursue electrical engineering if my AIR of JEE Mains is 28055 while last year, the cut-off was 27056?

    Very difficult. Seat allotment cannot be assured. This statistics can go up or down. Each year, the preference of students change. There is a 50-50 chance.
