Can I Give 12 hsc improvement exam for 3 subjects but now I'm doing biotechnology but also appearing for NEET 2020?

Laat year 2019 I have score 52.70 marks in hsc and in NEET 2019 I have scored 300 marks These year again I'm appearing for NEET 2020. MY cast is NT (b) 40% is needed for medical entarence but if not then I have to give improvement exam so can I?
