No, candidates cannot join FMS (Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi) MBA programme without CAT (Common Admission Test) score because that is the very first criteria of selection for admissions. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or above (45% for SC/ ST/ OBC Non- Creamy/ EWS/ PWD/ CW) or equivalent CGPA from a recognised board/ university and are selected on the following criteria for different weight system:

No, students cannot enroll in FMS, Delhi's M.B.A. programs without a CAT score because admission to these programs is contingent upon meeting the cutoff and CAT score.
CAT is the only entry point into FMS. There isn't an alternative. You may view the breakdown or relative importance of the various sections on their website. They have now lowered the CAT percentile weightage from its previous value of 85%.

No, FMS Delhi exclusively accepts CAT scores for MBA admissions. CAT is the sole entrance exam recognised for admission into the Master of Business Administration programme at the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi. Other entrance tests are not considered for this program.
