Can I pursue B.Com (Hons.) through correspondence with pursuing regular BBA? Is it beneficial? I just passed class 12th?

Yes, of course you can do B.Com with your BBA from correspondence or Distance. But maybe honors will not be available in distance mode but can be possible through correspondence.

You could pursue B.Com (Hons. ) through correspondence with regular BBA.
