Can I pursue B.Tech in computer science from LPU after Diploma in mechanical engineering?

    Dear Yogesh,
    You can go for B.Tech CSE after Diploma in ME as the syllabus for all the branches in first year is same and specializations start from 2nd year onward only. LPU would be a good choice because of the good scholarships that they are offering and the 100% placement record that they have. For more details, check their website.

    Yes, you can pursue and you'll get lateral entry too but you have to crack LPU entrance exam.

    Hello,
    Yes, of course, you can opt for B.Tech ( Lateral Entry) CSE in a Lovely Professional University. The eligibility is that you should Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (engineering. ). (any stream) 3 years after 10th or 2 years. After 10+2 (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or BCA or equivalent.

    Yes, if you have a score of more than 65% in Diploma, then through lateral entry you can pursue B.Tech in CSE from LPU.
