Can I pursue B.Tech in the best colleges with 75 marks in JEE Mains and 134663 rank (SC Category)?
I got 49 in maths,60 in physics,50 in chemistry & 61 in English.

Yes u can get B.Tech colleges as you have good marks in JEE Mains and you are from sc category so that's a plus point for getting a good college.

I suggest you that your marks is very minimum and also rank. But, you can get counselling for JEE Main college. And you can apply your state government college.

Your marks are enough for government college. This is your first attempt. Your score is good. I would suggest you to maintain good CGPA in the first year and change your branch. You will not get IIT because 12th percentage is very low. You will get NIT very easily. You don't need to think about that. Good luck.
