Hi, I don't know about ranking but with 75 marks in JEE Mains you can get admission in Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, if you secure 60% marks in your PCM, 10+2 Board Exams. And I must tell you Thapar Institute is one of the best private institution with better education and placements, and you would never regret your decision if you join TIET. But you need to hurry because last day to apply for B.E. / B.Tech courses in TIET is 20th May 2018. Hope this helps. All the best!

Getting 75 marks in SC category is enough to join any NIT. I think you can easily get admission in NITs for B.Tech.

You can check previous year's cut-off at JAC-Delhi for DTU and JoSAA for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. Compare your rank with the previous year's cut-offs and you'll get a clear idea of your selection at the colleges under JEE Mains.

I think, you should go for private colleges because getting government college seems to be a difficult task with such marks.
