You can pursue a Bachelor's degree in India with an NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) Certificate. NIOS is recognized by the Government of India and many universities and colleges accept NIOS Certificate. For admission to their undergraduate programs. However, it's important to check with the specific university or college you're interested in attending to confirm their admission requirements and policies regarding NIOS Certificate.
