Can I pursue executive MBA after graduating in engineering? Do I need to pursue general MBA before going for executive MBA?

Dear Ankita, You can pursue MBA after graduation. An MBA or Master of Business Administration is generally a two-year program, stretched out to three or four years if students choose to go part-time. An EMBA or an Executive Master of Business Administration is also a two-year program, but it's aimed at business executives with five years' managerial experience. I hope this would suffice.
