As per UGC guidelines, you cannot pursue two courses at a time and that too regular and correspondence from a single university at the same time. You may pursue an individual course from different universities.

Hi,
If you are doing these two through different modes (ie. One through regular mode and other through distance education). A few good universities are Delhi University, Delhi, Lovely Professional University- Punjab, VIT University Tamilnadu, Jamia Millia Islamia University Delhi, NMIMS Mumbai, Anna University Tamil Nadu, University of Mumbai. All the best. -

Masters in a regular mode would be helpful rather than through distance. You can go for vice versa I. e M.Com in regular mode and B.Ed through distance but from two different universities because 2 degrees cannot be pursued from a same university simultaneously. Thank you. -
You cannot pursue two programmes at the same time, I. e. one regular and the other being correspondence from any university simultaneously. You need to complete one degree and then continue to pursue the second one. Rest you need to make up your mind in which stream you want to move ahead and build your career.

I think you should go for M.Com (regular) and B.Ed correspondence from different universities. You can't do it from the same university.
