Can I pursue Masters in laboratory medicine from RMIT University? I have done B.Sc in MLT and I have 5 years of work experience.

Generally, they require graduates in laboratory medicine, biomedical or biological sciences or medicine. Since you have work experience they may consider you. I will advise you to email the admissions office of RMIT and check with them personally.
