Can I pursue MBA after completing class 12th in science?

You can only apply for MBA course after you have finished your Bachelor's degree. So first apply for Bachelor's degree.

Yes, you can do MBA if you have opted for science stream in HSC. -
You can do MBA after graduating, it doesn't matter that you from science stream or any other.

Yes, a student with science stream can pursue MBA after completing graduation in any field. Since you have opted for science, suggestion for you is to go for B.Tech and then MBA either in oprations, IT or business analytics.
