Can I register counseling in OBC category? I have applied for UPSEE application form by mistake. I have filled SC category instead of OBC.

Yes, you can. For that, you have to contact to the helpline number provided at the site and then tell then your problem. They will suggest you some process to correct this mistake. -
Yes, you can apply. You have to approach the counselling center. Talk to the administration officials. They will guide you through counselling procedures. You should have your OBC caste certificate.
