Can I still get admission if I don't clear the cutoff of LPU NEST?
-
Dear Aspirant, If you don't clear the cutoff of LPU NEST then I recommend you appear for the exam again. You can appear for the LPU NEST exam twice a year. If you still don't clear the cutoff, then there are a few programmes offered by LPU that have no need for the LPU NEST exam such as B.A., BBA, B.J. M. C., BFA, etc. You get admission to these programmes based on your marks in the 12th class. I hope this helps.
Good Luck! -
Hi there, as far as the Lovely Professional University is concerned, you can take direct admission, however, there are certain programs such as B Tech, MBA and Hons programs in which you can get admission only if you qualify the entrance exam. Apart from that the programs such as BBA BCOMM, and B.A. Programs do not have mandatory entrance tests as an eligibility, you can seek admission in these programs. However, you need to fulfil other eligibility conditions.

Hi, yes you can get direct admission to LPU without the NEST. NEST (National Entrance & Scholarship Test) is totally based on the scholarship criteria. There is a lot of advantages of appearing for LPU NEST. Including attractive scholarships. I would advise you to apply for LPU NEST. It's much easier that way plus it has more scholarship chances but without it also you can take admission. The admission procedure is very simple in college. What you need to do, you have your all original academic documents along with you to get admission. University offers a varied list of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral level programmes in the...more

If the candidate is not satisfied with his/her marks in LPU NEST, he/she can retake the examination in the subsequent phases which will be conducted throughout the year. LPU has allowed attempts for the same examination so that students can improve their scores and become eligible for scholarship. It is advisable to use this time between retakes for focusing on weak areas, practicing more mock tests, and revising key concepts to perform better on the next attempt.

Dear, The amount of time you should spend daily preparing for LPUNEST depends on your current knowledge level, the programme you are applying for, and how much time is left before the exam. On average, it is recommended to dedicate 2–4 hours daily for focused preparation over several months.
For students appearing for B.Tech or science-based programs, daily sessions can be divided into 1 hour each for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and 30 minutes for English and Aptitude, with short breaks in between.
