Yes, any student in India can apply for the M.Tech programme at the university. As the programme takes place in regular full-time mode, candidates applying for admission from outside the state are advised to find accomodation in Bhubaneshwar for the duration of the course. Therefore, if candidates can apply for admission in the programme if they are not from Odisha but they should make their arrangements accordingly.
