Can I switch from DU NCWEB to regular in my second year of college and continue my degree? If yes, what's the procedure for the same?

Yes, you can migrate from NCWEB to Regular in your Second year . Procedure :- Every College always come with merit list of their college with courses if you are eligible according to merit list means marks in your 1st year so you have to fill the form of college with NOC from NCWEB, Marksheet and character certificate etc.
