Can I take admission in SY B.Com in Mumbai after completing FY B.com from another affiliated university without repeating the FY B.Com?

I did my FY B.Com from North Maharashtra University & currently seeking admission in SY B.Com in Mumbai (Mumbai University). I don't want to repeat 1st year.
