Yes, you can withdraw your admission at NLU through CLAT 2023 counselling. However, there are some conditions that you need to meet in order to withdraw your admission.
    * You can withdraw your admission only before the last date of admission.
    * You need to submit a written request to the concerned NLU.
    * You need to pay a withdrawal fee. The amount of the withdrawal fee will vary from NLU to NLU. Once you have withdrawn your admission, you will not be eligible for any refund of the admission fee. Here are some of the reasons why you might want to withdraw your admission from an NLU:
    * You have been offered a better seat at another NLU.

Yes, candidates can withdraw their admission from the allotted seat at any NLU at any stage of counselling process. However, if they choose to withdraw from their allotted seat, they need to do it in the next round of counselling or as per the given schedule, INR 5,000 will be deducted from the counselling fee for blocking the seat and putting the awaiting candidates at disadvantage.
