UID has strong corporate relations with national & international organisation for placements. With global contacts and being a corporate group in India, Unitedworld provide decent placement opportunities to all of its students. Unitedworld Institute of Design has 3 tier placement cell. They have very good industry tie-ups and providing good placements to the students in top MNC like Godfrey Phillips, Brooks Brothers, GAS, Cafe Coffee Day, Steve Madden, Raymond, TATA Motors, Arvind, SH Design, Tanishq, Group Ashima, Hamleys etc.
  • Yes, of course UID is very trustful organisation for education, overall development and obviously for the placement also. UID Ahmedabad is basically known & famous for their placement background. They have tie-ups with almost all the biggest MNC's companies in India. They provides the internship towards the end of the third year of the training and after completing the course successfully they place their students in Big MNCsYou can trust UID for your successful career.

Yes, for sure. The kind of collaboration and alumni base they have is simply excellent. There is an array of opportunities for the students. Starting from guest lecturer's visits to campusing the best professionals in various fields felt there presence every year. Exploring the internship programme with renowned companies helps to experience the operations and to test their skills. UID has done pretty well in these areas.

That will be definite yes. The placement is surely the main goal but yes your own dedication towards the course also matters. Now don't expect that you will enjoy your time there and not study or learn up to what is required by the industry and expect the college to get you placed. It's like not studying and expecting to pass an exam! So yes UID placement cell's quite active and vigilant for the placement of their students. They even would support your project ideas with the same zeal! But yes, you too have certain duties as a student! You do that much. Rest all will automatically fall into place.

I would say a big no for UID. Forget about the placements, students don't even get internships.
