Many people incorrectly believe that a computer science career is all about programming. While it is true that most entry-level jobs after a Bachelor's degree involve programming, most practitioners eventually graduate to other responsibilities such as design, coordination, testing, planning and management. With advanced coursework and a Master's degree, you can work in an area of specialization that uses your advanced coursework. Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500. For more information on German Universities, I would request you to visit the nearest DAAD office. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India. If possible go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days. Hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert. Wish You Luck!
