    Dear Vishal,First of all, any institute that uses the word 'job guarantee' is making an ambiguous promise. You need to ask them these questions: what kind of profiles do they provide, what are the growth chances in these profiles, where all are the alumni working, what if the student fails? Have you seen any reputed institute guarantee a job?     Hi, If you are particularly interested in banking, then you should opt for Diploma in banking. Otherwise, you can opt for any other course. Regards.

    M.Com with ICA job guarantee sounds good. If you want a job then choose this only. PGDM in banking will better if you were working already.
