Some of the jobs that students with an MBA degree in HR Management can take include Compensation Manager, Manager of Employee Relations, HR Generalist, Technical Recruiter, Director of Staff, Placement Manager, Training and Relations Manager, Organisational Consultant, and more. I did my MBA at LPU and it has helped me grow professionally and also add a lot to my career growth. Being an alumnus of LPU I would prefer LPU as it provides exposure to various opportunities in terms of internships, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, placements, etc. Highlights of MBA at LPU are - 1) Accredited by ACBSP (USA). 2) Credit Transfer - Students after successful completion of 1 year at LPU may be given the option to join partner/ receiving university abroad for the completion of the programme subject to conditions and norms of regulatory bodies. 3) International Exposure Option - Students may be given an option to go for 4 weeks study tour to USA/ European countries or any other country as decided by the University subject to conditions.
