    Dear Sourabh, I will suggest you to do MBA in Human Recourse. As we know that, Every organisation in the world no matter how large or small requires people. Even the most technologically advanced companies still need employees to innovate and advance their business.     RIIM Pune is one of the good options to do the PGDM Course in Pune it's a management course and RIIM Pune is providing good placement and RIIM has good faculty members with them. They are all Ph.D. holders. Well experienced and very supportive with students. RIIM also has some visiting faculty members with them.     Just go for graduation degree complete the graduation it's better to choose engineering, and then go for MBA in HR management, because if you have technical and functional skills you will definitely have a bright career in the companies.

XLRI, SCMHR, and TISS are few of the top colleges in this domain. Salary ranges from INR. 5 Lacs to INR. 15 Lacs for freshers.     You need to complete MBA in HR to work as an HR in a firm. To pursue MBA in HR, you need to score more than 50 marks in graduation and qualify entrance exams like, CAT, MAT and CMAT.
